Committed to the Cause of Prevention of Sexual Abuse amongst all ages and all genders she has been a Trailblazer in breaking the silence and being the voice against abuse, violence, harassment, stigmas and taboos.
Trained and counseled over 1 million individuals in skills enhancement, mental health, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and entrepreneurship.
Working with the Indian Army’s Sadbhavana Project for over a decade, to strengthen the mental health and emotional well-being of our soldiers and civilians in Kashmir’s LOC areas.
